Admin fee-£50.00 per hour 

INVOICING

Submitting each invoice to insurer /Adding each  payment to accounts

6% per invoice (Negotiable depending on scale)

Follow up each unpaid invoice/Aged debt invoice

Per invoice- 8% (Negotiable depending on scale)

Please note: The above invoicing process can be negotiable at an hourly rate if this is a more suitable fit for your business

TERMS OF SERVICE

This is based on the supply of

Client log ins, and the use of the relevant

Platforms, ie:Booking systems, Healthcode

Please note:

If client insurance memberships/authorisation numbers are 

not documented on files an extra admin charge may be applied
